Apologies
Despite the best intentions of the webmaster, regular updates have been hard to come by as almost nothing has happened since the last news was published in early December.
Apart from the 3 new babies, the estate running out of gas to heat our homes with, Gordon finally arriving back and giving his poker table to the pikeys at the tip, Dave Lawless becoming the first person in the world ever to buy 3 homes within 100 yards of each other whilst only owning 1 at a time, Jeremy emigrating to the USA (why is he still here by the way - does anyone know?), an en masse exodus to Barcelona for Micky O'Neills stag do (nothing untoward to report, at all, ever) and a players wife finding a CFC social member playing in her shower.
Footballs
The numbers have stopped decreasing, but some are now becoming egg shaped. It's just one thing after another.
Social events
There will be some this year, rest assured.
Castlemead
The planned expansion of Castlemead will not start until early 2007. The false dawn of workmen patrolling the estate is just to put right the mess they made in the first place so the council adopt the roads.
Ed's travels
Beginning to see pictures of Ed from the Sex tourism side of the Far East, and it's true what they say, you really can't tell them apart from the women.
Cooking lessons
In between Gordon's "wine tasting" evenings, Kevin Burn is teaching him to cook. By his own admission Gordie might need to pay a little more attention. Anyone who has eaten Kev's Pilaff rice will know it's divine. Gordie made some early amends to the recipe when he first went solo however and boiled it, in a saucepan, in the oven.
If you want to know how to do Pilaff properly, click here and book a session with Kev.
